思考，内化与落地

大家都谈思考，那什么是思考？比如看一本书，看得很兴奋，觉得被启发，学到了新知识。但其实这种东西并不是真的思考，和看电影看兴奋了也没什么区别。

真正的思考，一个是转化成实际的行动做了，最好是做出来了，就是所谓知行合一，是真的思考。

如果是没有行动的思考，我觉得就是那些会让你痛苦的东西，才是思考，比如自我否定，客观评价自己弱点等等。就好像你透过一面镜子看自己这样。

没有什么东西是可以轻松获得的，背后一定是有一个代价的。你主动去付出这个代价，就比被动付出要强。
